Supply Chain Management


Supply chain management is the handling of the entire production flow of the goods - starting from the raw components all the way to delivering the final product to the consumer. By controlling complete processes of planning, sourcing, manufacturing, quality control, delivery and logistics, Key-All creates a network of suppliers that move the product along from the suppliers of raw materials to our customers who deal directly with users.

Supplier management


Key-All helps our customers build up a strategic supplier management system that enables their business to plan, manage and improve interactions that provide the end-consumers with qualified goods on time. The success of business is very often dependent on the ability of suppliers to meet their contractual commitments, Key-All is working closely with the partners in identifying and managing poor supplier performance so as to identify potential performance issues, keep lines of communication open and ensure that the suppliers are supporting and working towards the goals.

Merchandising


Each order is well confirmed and followed by Key-All merchandisers to make sure all the specifications and requirements of products are followed strictly by the suppliers. We also regularly have meeting and visit the suppliers to moniter the progress of orders to guarantee the qualified goods are delivered on time.

Warehousing


Key-All built up a seven floor warehouse which can stock 600 containers goods. When there's LCL shipment needed, we could help the customers.
