Strategic Sourcing



Key-all sourcing team always keeps an open mind and sharp eyes on the market trend and supplier developments, by regularly visiting various fairs and factories. We actively work with more than 300 professional manufacturers, for project development and mass production management. Every year more than 500 SKUs are created from scratch to real product and successfully put into customer's local market. Meanwhile we keep on sourcing and auditing potential suppliers, every year more than 100 factories are visited and about 20 of them are audited from aspects including management, production and engineering capabilities, EHS and social responsibility. We are always cooperating with the first tier suppliers in the industries.

Collecting information

We visit various fairs and factories to collect information of the industry and the capabilities of the factories. We conduct thorough audits to the potential factories and keep on following with them for their developments and changes. So that when a project comes, we could immediately pick out the suitable suppliers who could develop the product for our customers.

Auditing factories

Every year more than 100 factories are visited and about 20 of them are audited from aspects including management, production and engineering capabilities, EHS and social responsibility. We are always cooperating with the first tier suppliers in the industries.

Product development


Every year more than 500 SKUs are created from scratch to real product and put into customer's local market on the right time. The products are developed according to the detailed and exact customized requirements from the customers. Our QA team checks the samples carefully before mass production, clear sample reports are always sent to the customers and explicit product specifications are kept on file as the standard for mass production and inspections afterwards.

Mass production and inspections


The standard and production specification established at sample stage are always used as the guideline for mass production. Our QC team carries out strict final random inspections on each batch of goods according to the AQL sampling plan. Inspection reports and corrective and preventive action plans are regularly provided to suppliers, so that they could improve their quality management and grow together with the development of Key-all and our customers.

Supply chain management


Key-all merchandisers follow up order confirmation, inspection plan, ETD, and shipping plan on daily basis, in order to avoid any delivery delay. Key-all sourcing and quality team regularly visit the suppliers and their factories to know about their company development or changes, so that any risk in stabiility and reliability of the suppliers are always aware in time, and proactive plans could be made in advance.
