Factory Audit is aimed at avoiding getting involved in a bind working with the wrong factory. During the Factory Audit, Key-All records data and takes pictures of all the essential aspects for customers to have an in-depth feeling and sense about the factory before any contract is signed.

Inspections

Quality inspection is the measures of checking, measuring and testing the various product characteristics and functions according to confirmed specifications and relative standards. There are usually two forms of quality inspection namely final inspection which is carried out at the end of the production process for repeat orders and intermediate inspection which is carried out at several stages of the production for the first several orders of new products. Products that are not in line with the specifications and standards are rejected or returned for rework. The quality inspection is usually conducted by Key-All quality team which was set up 18 years ago and now runs as an independent 3rd party quality team www.my-qc.com

CAPA

When failure does occur, we demand a rigorous process of investigation be initiated to identify why it occurred. Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) is a process which investigates and solves problems, identifies causes, takes corrective action and prevents recurrence of the root causes. The ultimate purpose of CAPA is to assure the problem can never be experienced again. CAPA can be applied in many disciplines, such as Manufacturing, Product Design, Testing Verification and Validation, Distribution, Shipping, Transport and Packaging, Use-Applications etc.
